Items shipped from TEE hair Vietnam can be returned and exchanged within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
- Conditions for return and exchange
Products are unprocessed, unused
Products have manufacturing errors
Products are returned exactly at the location provided by the TEE hair Vietnam within the allotted time.
Return shipping cost:
+ TEE hair Vietnam will pay for the return shipping cost when the products were wrongly sent or have manufacturing errors.
+ Customers will pay for the return shipping cost when the goods are defective or damaged by customers.
- Refund
With items match the conditions for return and exchange, TEE hair Vietnam will issue a refund by Paypal or Vietnamese bank account.
Deposit 30% to prepare the product, transfer all the rest of bill before shipping the product.
Delivery time is 10 -14 days cause of Covid -19 issues
